Plan the sprint. Talk it through. Publish the report.
Dekku is a project management workspace for teams that ship in sprints: work items and epics on a board, team spaces mirrored to Google Chat, KPIs per team, and reports that become a link anyone can open.
Dekku is in closed beta. Sign-in works for invited accounts.
A week in Dekku
The same three moves every sprint, each in the place built for it.
1. Monday
Plan the sprint
Pull work items into the sprint and group them under epics. Set assignees, dates and custom fields, or bulk-edit a whole selection at once.
2. Through the week
Work in threads
Each team space is a room of threads. Mirror it to a Google Chat channel and the conversation reaches people who never open Dekku. Work items move across the board; the activity feed keeps the story.
3. Friday
Publish what happened
Compose a sprint report as a deck, or a weekly report per person, and share it as a link. Clients and stakeholders read it without an account; the browser's own print gives you the PDF.
What is inside
One workspace per organization, with a project for every piece of work.
- Work items, epics and sprints
- Boards, lists and a calendar for the same items. Custom fields, two-level grouping, bulk edit, sub-items and overtime tracking, with a drawer that opens any item without leaving the view.
- Team spaces and Google Chat
- Threads with mentions and formatting, in a room per team or topic. A team space can mirror to a Google Chat channel, one thread per conversation, so nobody has to switch apps.
- KPIs per team
- A KPI page per team, each as a ranked table, with teams dragged into the order that matters to you. Member analytics show who carries what.
- Wiki pages and forms
- A block editor for project pages, with images, tables and code. Public intake forms and surveys collect requests and feedback from people outside the workspace.
- Reports and analytics
- Sprint reports as decks with measured figures beside your own judgment, weekly reports per person, and project analytics that read like a status update rather than a database log.
- Roles, access and recovery
- A permission matrix with custom roles and per-project membership. A workspace trash to bring deleted work back, import from other tools, and an assistant that answers questions about your workspace.
Share to the web
Eight things in Dekku can be published as a link. Each link is unguessable, can carry a slug you choose, counts its readers, and can be turned off at any time.
Readers need no account. Turning a link off makes it unreachable at once.
- A wiki page
- An epic
- An epics timeline
- A work items board
- A sprints board
- A single work item, with its sub-items
- A sprint report
- A weekly report
Questions people ask
What is Dekku?
Dekku is a web-based project management workspace. It holds a team's work items, epics and sprints, its conversations in team spaces, its KPIs, wiki pages and reports, in one place per organization.
Who is Dekku for?
Teams that plan in sprints and report to someone outside the team: product and engineering groups, agencies working for clients, and operations teams that track KPIs per team.
How do I get access?
Dekku is in closed beta. Sign-in uses a Google account and works for accounts that have been invited to a workspace. If your email is not on the list yet, the sign-in page says so.
Does Dekku work with Google Chat?
Yes. A team space can be mirrored to a Google Chat channel, with a thread per conversation, so messages reach people who read chat rather than Dekku.
Can someone outside my workspace read a report?
Yes. A sprint report, a weekly report, a board, an epic, a page or a work item can be published as a public link. Readers need no account, and the link can be turned off at any time.
Is Dekku available in Indonesian?
This page is available in English and Indonesian. The workspace itself is in English today.
